Overall the tour was excellent, very professional and well organized. Driver and tour guide did also additional requestes that were not included in the tour. Language skills could be improved as sometimes it was a little bit difficult to understand. Hotel and food excellent as well.
I am looking forward for the next tour with your company!!!

Our customized tour of Yunnan province was excellent. We had no problems other than the usual, "You have a reservation at this hotel? Tonight? In whose name?" This has occurred on almost every trip we have booked. It would be very helpful to have email confirmation of the exact wording of the name on the reservation. We have found our reservations have been booked as Janet Mclean, Mclean Janet, Ronald Baldwin and Uniquely China. Rarely have we spent less than 15 minutes establishing who we are and that we do have reservations. Our hotel in Kunming was excellent and in a beautiful location. The only frustration was that, although they had internet, it was ractically worthless. It would not sustain a connection. We stopped trying after the first day. The other hotels were good. The transportation was flawless. Thanks for your excellent service and we will certainly contact you if we return to China. We have told all our friends about you.

I would like to thank you for the excellent organisation. Everything went very well and the trip to Putuoshan was great. I think that we will do this package once again later this year.
If you offer similar weekend trips (2 or 3 days) with the departure Shanghai we would be very grateful to get some information.
Breakfast: Quality was o.k., but limited:only Chinese breakfast available.
Sales Service was of high quality, even according to weston level.
Hotel Service: We haven't requested any special service, the level of standard service was o.k.
