Dear Toby
We have pleased with your arrangements for our trip to Hong Kong except for one aspect. You gave us 120 RMB for the bus to Shenzhen airport, however China Travel Service advised us that the tickets would be 120 RMB each.
They then advised that as we travelling on the Sunday (the last day of the holiday in Hong Kong) the road traffic around the border would be very heavy and we should take the CTS ferry (price 378 -voucha enclosed). We hope you will agree that you did not advise us of this when you gave us 120 RMB.
