The hotels was very convient in Hangzhou.
The Staff were friendly, but spoke limited English.
The swimming pool was closed and the sauna / jacuzzi area is only for men, which was annoying because I wanted to use those facilities.
I look forward to continuing my business with your company.

Thank you! Could easily have spent more time in Nanjing+Suzhou. Organizing the trip to Zhouzhuang myself was complicated, an addicial tour would have been easier. Chasing train tickets at the hotels also stressful-but never resulted in a problem at the end.
Tunxi Hotel: great location but little heating
Nanjing Hotel: good service
Suzhou Hotel: great location, new but no window in room.
Shaoxing: simple but very interesting
Hangzhou: poor location-too far from center
