Remarks:
We have been very impressed by the warm welcome and friendliness of all the guides, and the care of all the drivers. The arrangements have all been extremely efficient and every journey has been well co-ordinated by our guides in the departure and arrival locations. We have made many friends and have enjoyed the hospitability of local Chinese people, and the different local foods. We will recommend your service to anyone interested in traveling in China.

Well, my tour was generally fine, of course under cultural, landscape and human point of view was absolutely great. if I have to go more in details and give you an assessment on all other major points I would say:
FOOD: generally ok, we usually went to a restaurant that was ok, sometimes we changed but the other options weren't as good (and clean) as the regular one. Score: 6
HOTEL: I sincerely aspected more for a 4 four-star and for 'best hotel in lhasa' presented Hotel. The room was cold, the quality and cleaness of breakfast restaurant very low. Score :5
GUIDE AND DRIVER: generally ok, helpful and pro-active. Maybe should be a little 'warmer and comunicative'. Score: 7
ASSISTANCE PRE-TOUR: ok, eventhough the tickets arrived the last day you was reachable all the time and ensure the delivering in time. Score: 7.
SIGHTSEEING: I wouldn't dedicate the last day to the holy lake (it's not worth it for a 4 day tour and too much time spent on the bus), I would change the tour including some more Monasteries maybe in South Tibet that could be reached in one day driving maybe starting from the Airport and then going to Lhasa on the second day. Score: 7
TOUR IN GENERAL: Score: 7 1/2 Hope this could be useful for you. I will recommend your agency to whomever ask me for an agency that provides Tours in Tibet.
