Shanghai to Beijing
Train: There are 5 non-stop trains from Shanghai Railway Station to Beijing Railway Station daily. The train leaves at 18:47, 19:00, 19:07, 19:14, and 19: 28 everyday and arrives in Beijing Railway Station next morning at 6:51, 6:58, 7:05, 7:12, and 7:26. The tickets price for soft seat is USD 39 and the price for soft sleep is USD 62 (up) or 64 (down).
Air: Shanghai Airline, China Eastern Airline, China Southern Airline and China Airline provide more than 30 flights from Shanghai to Beijing everyday. The normal price of air ticket is USD 137.

From Shanghai to Suzhou
Train: Almost half an hour, there is one train from Shanghai Railway Station to Suzhou Railway Station everyday.

From Shanghai to Lijiang
Train: There is no direct train from Shanghai to Lijiang.
Air: Shanghai airline provides one flight a day from Shanghai to Lijiang and it is subject to change. The air ticket price from Shanghai to Lijiang is USD 220.

From Shanghai to Beijing by train
There are five Z symbol non-stop trains from Shanghai to Beijing. The train is well equipped and it serves as the most comfortable train in East Asia. It will take you 11hours and 58 minutes to run over more than 1300km.
